Shipping and delivery

We will make every effort to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. We offer free delivery within the United Arab Emirates for orders above AED 150. For orders below AED 150, a delivery fee of AED 20 will be charged. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery that are beyond our control, such as customs clearance or courier delays.

Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or damaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
